8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Cinevex Studio LLC is a limited liability company organized under Kentucky law (Filing #1569179, formed April 16, 2026). Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in each case located in or near Madison County, Kentucky. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Cinevex Studio LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

11. Changes to Terms
